190901 Gravett Cup and SCRA Autumn

We welcomed some shooters from the SCRA for their Autumn shoot and I took the liberty of making up a scratch team of 4 from each club. We had to (unfortunately!!) claim Rob B as a Dorking member who happened to be the top shot. With his first class score we managed to win this but a few points.

That aside it was a good day and I hope our visitors enjoyed themsleves and we look forward to seeing them again.

The Scoped Rifle Shooters put in some impressive scores so well done to their performance.

This weekends shoot is a Queens 2 TR (2×10 @ 300/5/6) – thats the plan depending on time and targets. We are to be joined by a delegation from the Sussex County Rifle Assocation for their Autumn shoot as well.

The shoot is primarily a TR shoot so we will get the TR shooters through first at each distance and then the scoped, followed by the loud ones. There will be plenty of room for everyone though so don’t be put off and no one is excluded etc.

We will have to move things along promptly so please be organised and ready to go when its your turn.
