Sundays shoot is a Gallery rifle at 100 yards and needs no introduction.

We have had a delivery of Sand and some sleepers to undertake repairs to the butts so we will need to spend some time moving this up from the car park to the Butts for later installation. This will depend on how wet the ground is and how many people are there to help.

I expect we will start moving some stuff before the shoot starts and then maybe some more at the end.

Remember the club is run by the members and with no range fees other than annual membership then we appreciate the help.

On the subject of the 6.5 Creedmore ban on military ranges we don’t understand this any more than anyone else. The NRA is not manning its use (and given there are many other 6.5 cartridges out these) we wont be either at this time. We are supposed to check our safety procedures and as the hill is still there at the back of the range and we recently renewed a number of signs we are good for the time being.
